New Neighbours!

Some of you will already have visited Maud's House, the new lifestyle and gift shop newly opened opposite The Frame Shop. If you haven't its well worth a look.

A very smart and modern shop filled with lots of cool goodies, and Hattie is lovely as well!

The High Corn Mill will doubtless benefit from a new retail shop situated within in as it will add variety and more options to somewhere that already offers so much in it's own corner of Skipton. So now you can get that old map framed at The Frame Shop, buy a new dining table and chairs at The Home Company, get a fathers day card and gift from Maud's House, before booking Georgina Brewster to photograph your wedding! If that all sounds too much, you could always take a break at one of the many eateries in the area...and then burn the cake and coffee off with a pilates session

See you soon

Pete

Haworth 1940's weekend

Another fantastic weekend in Haworth which always provides the perfect setting for the costumes and drama of the 1940's.

Hope everyone involved had a fantastic time, and you know where to bring your photographs and memorabilia for framing!

Photography at The Frame Shop

As you can see from previous posts The Frame Shop now has it's very own, in house photographer.

So what better place to come if you need a portrait of your family, pets or both!? It's a one stop shop. The photography done by Georgina and your photographs will be lovingly framed by me. This should make the whole experience efficient and convenient for all.

Have a look at the type of photography on offer at georginabrewster.com and look in the portfolio section.

Getting there!

I wouldn't say the Frame Shop is fully operational yet, far from it, but I have been making frames and settling in nicely. I think the customer who caught me up the ladders with a hammer drill would concur!

My 'taking in' area is next for some attention. If you do wish to come and visit me with some work to frame please feel free to stop by and I will do my level best to accommodate you. Don't for get you can still take your framing down to The Art Shop on Newmarket street and I will collect it from there.

Rest assured that our usual high standards will be maintained during this transitional period.

Moving in and getting started

I have been moving in to the High Corn Mill over the easter weekend and will be working hard to get the Frame Shop in full working order as soon as possible. In the mean time you can take and framing work down to The Art Shop on Newmarket street, and they will happily take the work in for you and transfer it to me.
